Beyond fancy creams and price products, J Lo keeps her beauty routine real by practicing the 3 Essential “S’s” of good skin care:

We should all aim for at 6-8 hours of sleep every night; rest is the key to keeping stress levels down and letting your body repair itself daily. Sip water or unsweetened tea (green, black, or herbal) all day to keep your skin hydrated and to help flush toxins from your system. Most importantly, is the cardinal rule of saving your skin: stay out of the sun! Wear SPF (ideally 30+) every day, stay in the shade when outdoors, and never, ever use tanning booths or beds! Buy some good bronzer, a sunhat, and find a great tanning alternative; trust us, no one will ever know the difference or guess your age is you follow these rules!
We’re certain that even Jennifer Lopez has an occasional bad day. We’re also pretty sure she has a lot on her plate with a family and a high-profile career, but somehow, she manages to find a balance amongst it all. The key to a happier, healthier, and more beautiful life is to limit as much stress as you can focusing on maintaining that balance. Make time for the things in your life that make you happy: enjoy your hobbies, spend time with family and freinds (like J Lo did on a yacht recently), eat right and exercise, and relax.
